We have created an organization that is dedicated to the furtherance of Corporate Governance primarily in the Not-For-Profit sector. We believe that best practices encouraged by the Sarbanes-Oxley legislation have great applicability to that of the not-for-profit environment.

Our associates and faculty all have extensive experience in both the corporate and the not-for-profit arenas. They have served on a broad range of not-for-profit boards and have direct and specific experience that makes them uniquely qualified to contribute their expertise in our consulting services and seminars.

In addition, we have begun to build relationships with high quality academic institutions.
