Our programs for Non Profit Organizations are targeted at Leadership Development and Governance for both the full time staff and the volunteer Board of Directors. All sessions are substantially subsidized by our supporting organizations to assure that the broadest impact can be achieved. As a Tax Exempt 501 (c)(3) organization, we are committed to help other non-profits to achieve their goals and at a cost that is reasonable.

Staff Leadership Development

Programs for staff development are tailored to help Executive Directors, President and other key staff, the opportunity to gain leadership skills required to achieve the specific objectives of the organization. These programs range from four hour seminars to a full three day seminar designed to provide very practical, hands on, and organization specific exercises that apply to the specific workplace. In addition, we conduct a short seminar on Corporate governance principles which compliments the work done for the Board of Directors.

Board Governance Seminars

These sessions are design to provide two levels of governance education. Our seminars are offered to any qualified 501(c)(3) organization. The full, four hour session is designed to provide the board of directors with a strong working knowledge of the core issues of governance that are driven by the increasing focus of the IRS and state and federal statutes. Once again, the costs for these sessions is a modest fee and any travel expenses of the facilitator.
