The National Leadership Institute is registered as a Qualified Educational Delivery Organization by RiskMetrics Group ISS Governance Services and as such all of it's programs provide for continuing education credit that is recognized by RMG/ISS in its Governance Rating System. Once a director of a public corporation completes any of the NLI programs, a simple form is completed which is then certified by NLI and submitted to ISS for recognition as qualified continuing education.

Current Programs available for on-site delivery: 

"The New Governance" - An eight hour course designed to provide a comprehensive Review of all Governance principles, the current NYSE and NASDAQ regulatory rules and the appropriate best practices for board and Committee operations.

"The Role of The Board in Risk Management" - A four hour course designed to provide the Board with a understanding its role in the establishing, approving and monitoring the enterprise Risk Management Process.

"The Role of the Board In Strategic Planning" - A four hour course designed to provide the Board with an understanding of its role in the development, approval and monitoring of the Strategic Plan.

All programs for Boards of Directors are designed and supervised by our Chairman, Gerald M. Czarnecki, a recognized national authority in Corporate Board Governance.  We have a faculty of highly qualified facilitators.  Every faculty member is a member of one or more boards of directors and all programs are focused on providing practical, hands on learning that can only be achieved by those who are already in the role of director.  Each program is structured specifically to address the challenges of the contracting company.
