Our primary mission is to support the leadership development of two distinct markets: 1) Non-profit organizations and 2) for-profit corporation boards of directors. As a Tax Exempt 501(c)(3) organization we are committed to helping all organizations to prosper and thrive in achieving their organizational goals.

Our unique approach is to Partner with other Educational Institutions of higher learning to provide the highest quality of Board Governance Training and seminar facilitation. These efforts are also designed to satisfy continuing education requirements of Boards of Directors as required or suggested by Sarbanes Oxley, self regulatory organizations and emerging state mandates for nonprofit organizations.

Our Nonprofit Practice focuses on two aspects of leadership:

• Leadership and Governance training for Nonprofit management and staff members
• Corporate Governance Best Practices training and seminars for Boards of Directors

Our For-profit Corporate Practice is focused on best practices training and seminars for boards of directors and individual board members. We also endeavor to provide programs that will be capable of securing accreditation by organizations such as RiskMetrics Group/ISS Governance Services.

Our educational institution partners are also working with us to provide Graduate level credits, where appropriate, for these courses so that they can be used as partial satisfaction of degree requirements of the partner institutions.
